Shipping F.A.Q

Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 1-5 business days.

We have two shipping options based on the product and where it is being stored.

Products held in our International stock will be dispatched using our standard shipping.

Products held in our Australian stock will be dispatched via Australia Post.

Shipping times vary based on the product location and are shown in the table below:

Sometimes, your order may contain items that come from a mixture of Australian stock and International stock.

Due to this, you may receive some of your items within the 2-13 business day period and the rest of your items within the 15-30 business day period.

In some instances, orders will be split into multiple packages to get them out to you as soon as possible.

This depends on where our stocks are held for certain products.

Tracking information should be provided by email as the order is fulfilled.

We will always strive to accomodate any order changes requested.

Generally we can accommodate any order change requests sent within 12 hours of when the order is placed.

Regardless of this, do not hesitate to contact us if you require any changes to your order.

Currently we are running our Patience promotion.

If you use the code PATIENCE at checkout, you will receive 20% off your total order.

Your order may take 25-45 business days instead of the standard 15-30 for general shipping and tracking may not be available.

Please Note: The Patience promotion is not available for items located in our Australian stock.
