Do You Have A Refund Policy?

We have a 14-day refund policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a refund.

Am I Eligible For A Refund?

To be eligible for a refund or resend we require you to email us within 14 days after receiving your package with the following:

  1. Order details
  2. Details of the product and damage or what was incorrectly received
  3. Images of the damaged item or incorrect item

Please note: We do not accept refunds on sale items or gift cards.

How Can I Request A Refund?

To request a refund, you can contact us using our messenger, contact us page or via email at TekishoStationery@gmail.com

If your refund is accepted, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method minus shipping fees.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund as well.

Please note - we are not liable for shipping costs incurred should packages be unable to be delivered due to customer error or failure to take appropriate action to receive your items.

However, we are committed to providing excellent customer service and will gladly assist with refunds or resends of the order if the customer contacts us within 14 days of receiving their package with the required information (order details, details of the product and damage/incorrect item, and images of the damaged/incorrect item).

We value our customers and want to ensure that they are satisfied with their purchases, so please do not hesitate to reach out to us if there are any issues with your order.

What Can I Do If I Have Received Damaged Items?

Please examine your order upon delivery and notify us immediately if the product is faulty, or damaged, or if you have received the incorrect item.

To determine eligibility for a refund, please adhere to the guidelines specified in the "Am I Eligible for a Refund" section on this page.

This will enable us to assess the matter and initiate either a reimbursement or a replacement.

Do You Offer Returns?

Currently, we do not accept returns, however, you may be eligible for a refund or resend of items if they have arrived damaged or incorrect.

Do You Offer Exchanges?

Unfortunately, we do not accept exchanges at this time.
